DESCRIPTION

We're on the lookout for an experienced Trainer to train field staff in methodology, processes and procedures by effectively training products. The position is based in Limpopo.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitation of training sessions
• Effective implementation of the training
• Effective delivery of training
• Evaluation and measurement of effectiveness of training
• Effective Self-Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant Diploma at NQF level 5
• 2-3 years experience in sales, training and field marketing.
• Communication Skills (verbal & written)
• Time Management Skills
• Planning and Organizing Skills
• Customer/Client Service Skills
