National Commercial Portfolio Manager (Fibre Network) - National at Frogfoot Networks (Pty) Ltd

Job Description

• Frogfoot is in search of a National Commercial Portfolio Manager (Fibre Network) to join the Acquisitions team. 
• The National Property Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key landlord relationships across major property portfolios and multi-dwelling units (MDUs).
• This role focuses on maximising revenue opportunities, ensuring commercial agreements are effectively implemented, and driving network penetration within Frogfoot’s fibre footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Contract & Relationship Management

• Secure and onboard new major property portfolios
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with landlords
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and portfolio partners
• Ensure contracts are executed, implemented, and renewed on time
• Identify and unlock additional commercial opportunities within existing portfolios

MDU & Network Penetration

• Identify underperforming MDUs and prioritise improvement initiatives
• Develop and execute penetration strategies aligned to regional targets
• Collaborate with contractors and regional teams to drive performance
• Track progress, report risks, and adjust strategies where needed
• Support campaign planning, including cost and time management

Asset Commercialisation

• Monitor performance of fibre assets across estates, developments, and business parks
• Analyse financial performance, occupancy trends, and market conditions
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to improve penetration and revenue

Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct market research to identify new acquisition opportunities
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand
• Evaluate asset value and investment potential to support decision-making.

 Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• Diploma or degree in Project Management or a related field (advantageous).

Experience:

• 2 – 5 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry.
• 2–5 years’ experience in property or portfolio management.
• 2–3 years’ experience in contract negotiation.
• 2–3 years’ experience in project management and administration.
