National Procurement Manager at Ntice Sourcing Solutions

National leading express courier company, specialising in express delivery services for letters and parcels both business and personal needs in South Africa and International markets is seeking a National Procurement Manager to provide efficient and effective procurement of goods and services

Duties:

• Responsible for the procurement of assets and monitoring against CAPEX budget
• Identification of high value and high-risk items
• Ensure all procurement is executed within policy and budget
• Set national procurement plan with Financial Controller and MD
• Establish committee and action each tender in line with policy
• Liaise with all necessary stakeholders
• Optimize company costs while ensuring high quality
• Effective post tender process management with internal and external stakeholders
• Management of necessary paperwork and contracts for each tender
• Effective management of contracts and renewals
• Updating the necessary system to ensure accurate and up to date data

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification and or similar qualification and or experience
• Formal qualification in Procurement and or similar experience
• Strong financial analysis and relevant legal knowledge
• SAP experience with relevant procurement modules
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Procurement Officer position
• Must be willing to travel
• Valid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport essential
