The Purpose Of The Is To

• Manage incomplete Kits following NCR removal of "part of" parts
• Manage spare parts inventory
• Ensuring the reliability of these inventories

The role reports to the NCR Team Manager

Responsibilities :

• Manage the organisation of its dedicated storage area
• Receive all material of compromised kits that have been ‘cannibalised’ due NCR (source warehouse or production line)
• Recompose incomplete items, kits or supply groups as soon as possible upon receipt of NCR parts
• Analyse the nomenclatures for supply groups or Kits components to ensure the completeness of kit items
• Analyse the SAP movements and makes them more reliable
• Analyse the status of Non-Compliance Reports being processed for KIT items and recovers delivery times for replenishment.
• Manage needs & replenishment of missing items in GSI in order to ensure completeness of compromised kits
• Triggers the re-shipment of complete items, kits or supply groups to the original storage areas/warehouse
• Analyse recurring defects to anticipate issues
• Triggers stock supply of Spare parts as a result of these analyses and sets minimum stock levels
• Organise the storage and stock management of spare parts
• Respond to one-off requests from scheduler (incomplete delivery and traceability of incomplete delivery for follow-up refund)
• Continuously improve the performance of the NCR team through the proper use of tools and technique

Environment, Hygiene and Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines
• Escalate all deviations found in the NCR area of activity as well as other areas across the operation.
• Organise the resolution of problems related to the function: re-solves the problems, solicit assistance of support functions, follows the eradication of the root cause

Quality

• Ensure product preservation during replenishment and shipping of items & Kits

Time

• Ensure replenishment of non-compliance in its domain in 1 hour
• Re-ensuring the reconstruction of the kits within the 1/2 day to put them back on standby
• Define and implement corrective actions related to its field as soon as possible (anticipates problems)

Activity indicators

• Number indicators of entries and exits per week
• Ageing of blocked stocks (incomplete kits)
• Re-entry of stocks in the original stores receiving NCR returns (1/2 day)
• Inventory accuracy rate - 98

Requirements :

• Grade 12
• Relevant qualification in Logistics Management and/or similar /equivalent to the role
• GSI SAP (Supply Chain, Quality)
• Good knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain and Quality Management activities
• Knowledge of the production environment
