NetSuite Functional Consultant (Remote) at Datafin Recruitment

ENVIRONMENT:

• DRIVE automation, efficiency, and integration across teams of a fast-paced eCommerce Platform with the chance to make a lasting impact as its next NetSuite Functional Consultant.
• In this fully remote role, you will serve as the key link between business operations and technical delivery, ensuring its NetSuite ERP ecosystem scales effectively as they grow.
• Applicants will need to have hands-on NetSuite Functional experience, including implementation and daily management with a solid understanding of key NetSuite modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR), Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory.
• You will also require experience integrating NetSuite with third-party platforms (Amazon, Shopify, WMS) & have knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain processes.

DUTIES:

• Optimize and support NetSuite ERP across Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Configure NetSuite post-rollout (fields, layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules).
• Create and manage saved searches, dashboards, workflows, and reports.
• Lead testing, training, and change management across NetSuite-related projects.
• Defining and supporting integrations with tools like Amazon, Shopify, and WMS.
• Monitoring system performance and data integrity and resolving technical issues.
• Ensuring ERP compliance, audit readiness, and reliable financial operations.
• Training users and creating clear, accessible documentation.
• Staying up to date on NetSuite updates and recommending improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands-on NetSuite Functional experience, including implementation and daily management.
• Strong understanding of key NetSuite modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR), Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party platforms (Amazon, Shopify, WMS).
• Solid knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain processes.

Nice to haves –

• NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, Financial User).
• Experience with SuiteScript or working with developers on customizations.
• Background in eCommerce, Retail, or consumer goods.
