Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in new vehicle sales at a franchised dealership
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Provable sales record demonstrating consistent target achievement
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell new vehicles while providing an exceptional customer experience
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
• Assist clients with trade-ins, finance, and delivery processes
• Prospect and follow up on new business leads
