    New Vehicle Sales Manager - Centurion

    Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for the automotive industry? Our client is on the lookout for a talented New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead the team and drive success in the dealership.
     
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Leadership: Manage and lead the New Vehicle Sales Department to achieve sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
    • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance and customer service.
    • Customer Focus: Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, contributing to a positive Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
    • Operational Excellence: Oversee department operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability. 

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a track record of success.
    • Must have Premium Brand experience.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
    • Commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
