Duties: 

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Provide accurate and timely reports on financial performance, including variance analysis, to guide decision-making
• Take ownership of general ledger processes, including month-end and year-end reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
• Assist in the development and maintenance of effective internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure regulatory compliance
• Help prepare and review tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications: 

•  A newly qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA)

Experience:

• Strong technical accounting skills – Proficiency in preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and working with financial data.
• Exposure or interest within blockchain, Web3, or crypto accounting is essential.
