KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Client service with all stakeholders
Confirmations and updates with medical aids
Obtaining authorisations and letters of guarantee
Queries
Liaising with all stakeholders (doctors, units etc)
Maintaining of patient records and filing
Requirements
Grade 12
Two or more years’ experience in a similar position
Medical Aid experience in the authorisation process and ICD-10 coding knowledge
Computer literate (MS Office, Excel and Pastel)
