    NTT DATA 2026 Young Talent Marketing Graduate

    Your Day at NTT DATA 

    • As a Marketing Graduate, you will be part of our Young Talent Graduate Programme, gaining hands-on experience in campaign and program management. You’ll support the creation and execution of local marketing campaigns, adapt global thematic campaigns for the South African market, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful go-to-market initiatives. This will put you on track for a role as a Lead Go-To-Market Specialist. 

    What You’ll Be Doing 

    • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities. 
    • Support content development for blogs, social media, and thought leadership pieces. 
    • Collaborate on email and digital marketing, event marketing, and sales alignment. 
    • Help manage campaign budgets, reporting, and performance tracking. 
    • Engage with business stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet strategic objectives. 
    • Participate in global campaign adaptation for local market execution.

    Minimum Requirements 

    • South African citizen, 26 years or younger. 
    • Completed or completing a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field by end of 2025. 
    • The program is based in Johannesburg South Africa (If based outside of Gauteng, they must be willing to relocate to Johannesburg) 
    • Must not have been on a registered internship or graduate program previously.
