Nursing Assistant Grade 1 to 3 at Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness

Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):
Good communication, planning and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in the multidisciplinary team. Enhance patient care through the implementation of SOP’s, policies, and guidelines.

Experience:

• Grade 1: None Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years appropriate/recognisable nursing experience after registration with the SANC as a Nursing Assistant. Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years appropriate/recognisable nursing experience after registration with SANC as a Nurse Assistant.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• Qualification that allows registration with the SANC as a Nursing assistant.
