• A typical day in the life of an Observability Engineer involves finding new ways to ingest meaningful data ,spending time with teams across the organisation understanding their data to help build on alerting solutions/mechanisms? Additionally you will do gap analysis on our own pipelines or stack and remediate. Automate everything!
• We are seeking a candidate with a solid technical domain knowledge, an appetite for continuous learning and a team player attitude(and all the requirements listed below) to fulfill this role.

• System Administration of Observability solutions
• Automation
• Documentation/ User Guides
• Maintain Observability of Infrastructure and Applications in Dev and Production
• Maintenance 
• Coaching and Mentoring 
• Technology and Evaluation and Research 

Key Skills 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or another related field. Or equivalent work experience
• 2 years’ experience with Enterprise and Open Source applications such as : Elastic Search, InfluxDB, Prometheus, SCOM, Graphite, Azure Monitor.
• Experience in some of the following languages: Powershell, Python, Ruby, Java, Painless.
• Strong trouble shooting ability.
