Office Administrator

• We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy startup sneaker manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should be based in and around Sandton and encompass a relevant degree or diploma in Marketing or Communications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Essential: Matric
• Relevant degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Essential: Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle as the successful candidate will be responsible to run some errands. 
• Experience with MAC computers.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Required to take care of office administrative duties.
• In charge of the Social Media pages; replying to comments, answering queries and sharing content.
• Replying to emails and attending to phone calls.
• Responsible for ordering office stationery and taking regular stock count.
• Setting up meetings and sending out meeting requests.
• Creating basic spreadsheets and handling personal admin.
• Manage store returns and exchanges.
• Book couriers for orders.
• Run errands for the store.
