Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and service providers.
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Cape Town office, ensuring a professional and efficient workplace.
Manage office facilities, supplies, service providers, travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
Provide administrative support to management and business teams.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems.
Support compliance, employee onboarding, and workplace health and safety initiatives.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience in office administration, office coordination, or reception management.
Experience within financial services will be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
