Three-year national diploma in Office Management/ Administration or related field at NQF level 6 and/or equivalent qualifications. 3 years relevant experience of which 2 years must be at supervisory level.
DUTIES :
Provide support to the Deputy Director-General. Manage employees in the Office of the Deputy Director-General.
Manage general support services in the Office of the Deputy Director-General. Manage the budget of the Office of the Deputy Director-General.
Document management and management of Office correspondence.
