Office Manager / Executive PA at Stryker

What you will do:

• File and retrieve corporate records, documents, and minutes of South African Leadership Team (SALT) meetings
• Maintain open communication with the SALT team, scheduling regular meetings and providing necessary information promptly
• Research and compile data for GM's documents using various software
• Handle incoming memos, make travel arrangements, and manage expenses for the GM
• Work closely with the GM, anticipating commitments, and staying well-informed of relevant issues
• Coordinate SALT Team meetings, retreats, and assist with company events
• Serve as a liaison between the GM and staff, ensuring smooth communication
• Complete projects by assigning work to appropriate staff on behalf of the GM, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Manage office services, evaluate policies, and assist in vendor selection

What you need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
• Excellent computer user skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills
• Proven commitment to continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and maintain an action-oriented approach
• Open to new challenges and able to embrace change with a positive and flexible mindset
