    Job description
    Key Performance Areas

    • Support management in participative structures in the business unit.
    • Assist with the management of industrial action in the BU.
    • Assist with conciliating, mediating and settlements.
    • Assist with arbitration and pre-dismissal arbitration.
    • Provide strategic support to management in the BU.
    • Monitor, audit and reporting.
    • Provide IR training and development services.
    • Monitor People Relations key performance indicators and ensure compliance.

    Minimum requirements
    Qualification(s)

    • National Diploma in Labour Relations / Industrial Relations / Human Resources / Labour Law at NQF Level 6 with 240 credits. 

    Related Minimum Experience

    • 3 years’ experience in Employee Relations environment.
