• We are seeking a dynamic individual with 1 - 2 years experience to join our team as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Admin Clerk. As the OHS Admin Clerk, you will assist the OHS Manger with day to day admin activities within OHS.. Minimum Requirements:

• Matric  with an SLP in OHS
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant OHS experience.
• Good understanding of OHS Act
• Strong relationship-building, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• OHS Management system knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities    
Key Responsibilities:

OHS Admin

Filing

• Assist with capturing of audit reports
• Extracting OHS compliant reports
• Assist to compile OHS reports /packs
• Assist with tracking store certifications for new and revamped stores
• Distribution of OHS Posters to stores
• Assist with obtaining relevant documentation for incidents and accidents
• Assist with follow up of DOL Notices
• Liaising with stores

Adhoc

• Assist stores with queries
• Assist SHEQ Manager
