This role ensures that the programming requirements of the business are met through own efforts

• Write programs according to business specifications.
• Conduct unit testing.
• Draft implementation plans.
• Work closely with Business Analyst to ensure sufficient clarification of specifications
• Contribute to Old Mutual Finance body of knowle dge (documentation, wikis, how - Tos ).
• Identify inefficiencies and work towards continuous improvement of existing systems and/or processes.
• Participate actively in Scrum delivery ceremonies (standups, planning, design retro, review).

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• 1 -3 years relevant experience as a IT Programmer
