Job Description

• This role provides immediate response to complex administrative requirements in accordance with SLA parameters, in a processing environment.  The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.
• Follows standardised processes and provides administrative support in line with normal business functioning.
• Delivers on daily production standards and adheres to service and quality standards.
• Provides an indirect service to customers and intermediates.
• Provide project administration and coordination for Guidecom/executive members.
• Main point of contact for coordination and administrative support.
• Provide administrative services to ensure the effective functioning of forums/committees in the business.
• Arrange logistics and process payments/invoices for service providers.
• Act as liaison with service providers and events coordinators.
• Provide reports and progress updates to Guidecom/executive members.
• Acts as a support person and / or point of escalation for complex and difficult cases / clients.

Minimum Requirements

• National Senior Certificate or (Equivalent NQF level 4)
• National Diploma/B Degree in Project Management or related field (Advantages)
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in HC will be advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, Design tools e.g.: Canva, Venngage (Advantages)

• Interpersonal and Relationship management skills
