    On Con Specialist | Craft Liquor Merchants | Johannesburg | Gauteng

    Responsibilities:

    • Enhance business acumen by gaining knowledge in order to carry out strategic negotiations with customers.
    • Understand the listing targets by product prioritization per segment and outlet grading in order to deliver on portfolio selling.
    • Understand the sales & listing strategy in respect of the sales commission / incentives and how they are calculated.
    • Grow and maintain the customer base in order to achieve brand sales and listing target.
    • Develop and report on a strategy to close listing and brands sales gap by analyzing the sales and wine list reports.
    • Manage call logs and interactions with customers.
    • Collect and Manage customer information.
    • Collect and manage accuracy of Brooks list information.
    • Collect and manage competitor’s activity to output level.
    • Submit Sales Tool Audits based on all sales tools in trade.
    • Submit feedback on trade promotion activities & cycle brief execution.
    • Collect information and report / feedback as per operational or RSM requirements.
    • Self-manage to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are maintained.
    • Manage and anticipate change.
    • Timeously submit operational required documents to respective departments.
    • Manage and care for company assets issued to you for business use.
    • Manage travel time, petrol usage and other allowances within the company standard.
    • Timeously submit all expense reports.
    • Timeously submit Trade Support Allowance Document.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Grade 12 (Diploma relating to Sales, Marketing, Hospitality management or Food and Beverage is advantageous).
    • 2 – 3 years sales and merchandising experience in a related FMCG environment.
    • PC proficient (MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
    • Driver’s license code 10/14.
    • Own car vehicle.
