    Onboarding Service Specialist: Mid Corporate

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead the onboarding process for Mid Corporate clients, including account setup, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
    • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to gather necessary information and documentation from clients.
    • Ensure timely and efficient onboarding while adhering to all relevant regulations and internal policies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Mid Corp clients to understand their needs and expectations.
    • Stay up-to-date with banking regulations and ensure all onboarding and servicing activities comply with these regulations.
    • Continuously evaluate and propose  enhancements to  onboarding processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
    • Prepare regular reports on onboarding metrics  
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all mitigants
    • Oversee and ensure complete after sales service eco system are in place
    • Continuous client communication and feedback
    • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships to support business strategies that promote delivery across multiple channels and functions.
    • Deliver client value through alignment with strategic intent.
    • Ensure the customer services portfolio reflects the emerging needs of the customer and is transparently presented.
    • Achieve operational excellence by supporting the implementation of business optimisation Improvement.

    Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

    • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
    • Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree

    Minimum Experience Level

    • 5 years Financial or Service industry experience
    • At least 3 years' experience in a Service Manager, Onboarding Manager or similar client facing role
    • Working Knowledge of current compliance regulations. e.g FICA, FATCA, AML etc.
