Operations Administrator - Richards Bay at Bidvest Tank Terminals

Minimum Requirements

• Matric or Grade 12
• Office/Admin Diploma preferred
• 3-5 years general administrative experience
• Advanced Excel with sound graph/analytical experience
• Analytical report writing experience
• Valid code B drivers’ license would be preferable

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Management team in various improvement programmes as required;
• Minute taking, typing and distribution of various management meetings
• Produce operational reports and presentations as required
• Ensure all recoverable costs are handed over to the revenue department for invoicing
• Consolidate the operations reports as required
• Manage and reconcile petty cash
• Manage consumables for the region
• Create purchase requisitions and receipt on the SAP system
• Host customers and visitors for the region as may be required
• Assist in arranging company events
• Arrange visitors and vehicles permits as well as PPE when required
• Coordinate communication meetings and news-boards for the region
• Co-ordinate the bookings and maintenance of the regional pool cars
• Monitor the vehicle tracking systems /driver routes and report on any deviations
• Manage drivers’ duties
• Assist with asset verification
• Manage contracted services employees
