    Operations and Quality Assurance Manager

    Job Role:

    This an exciting opportunity to take on a multi-faceted role which will provide the candidate exposure to operations, commercial structuring, financial analysis, forecasting, planning, commercial law, risk management and reporting. High level of Tech and product design understanding. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 to 10 years Operational and commercial design experience.
    • Legal, Compliance and Risk or IT qualification.
    • Forecasting and planning experience a benefit
    • Tech Support or BPO experience.
    • PowerPoint and presentation build expert.
    • Customer experience, continuous  improvement experience (Lean Six Sigma) Scrum knowledge.
    • SLA and Severity Management design experience.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in finance, accounting and modelling
    • Commercial law (contracts) understanding
    • Good understanding of operational processes
    • Warehouse & Logistics understanding
    • Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams
    • Presentation skills
    • Good verbal and communication skills
    • Microsoft Office skills ( Power user on PowerPoint)
    • Project management expertise

    Responsibilities:

    • Maximise Aggregation profitability through leveraging market opportunities and the Flash Group’s assets
    • Liaison between Aggregation and various Flash Group functions, including, inter alia:
    • Cellular
    • Airtime
    • Group Product
    • 1ForYou
    • Content Services
    • Legal
    • Finance
    • Warehouse & Logistics
    • Technical Product Team

    Legal:

    • Commercial Modelling contract design and review.
    • Assessment of client requirements and synchronisation across the contract, deal sheet, discovery.
    • Drive commercial structures with clients to optimise Aggregation offering to market
    • Review of legal agreements with all relevant requirements
    • Sign-off of SLA’s
    • Management of client contacts, including commercial, SLA and contractual changes and updates
    • Maintain comprehensive understanding of agreements for operational implementation

    Warehouse:

    • Design and implementation of forecast model for clients
    • Operational management of forecast and actual sales
    • Management of stock levels and drive procurement

    Reporting:

    • Design and implementation of reporting with Business Intelligence team
    • Obtain, review and analyse monthly income statement to drive profitability
    • Preparation and presentation of monthly Exco report for Aggregation

    Operational and financial management:

    • Design and implement operational processes
    • Review financial results and operational processes to determine operational efficiencies
    • Management and resolution and day-to-day activities and queries (internally and externally)
    • Risk control and management, including quarterly risk submissions
    • SLA management

    Risk and QA

    • Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
    • Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
    • Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
    • include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.
