Day-to-Day Activities Would Include:
Record meeting minutes and action items in relevant internal meetings.
Assist with coordinating the Operations Manager & xxxx’s calendars.
Assist with creating meeting agendas, booking meetings in diaries.
Assist the Operations Manager with administration and operational issues.
Oversee physical office needs, including equipment, stationery, technology, and any other requirements that arise.
Ensure all of the companies platforms such as Google Drive, Trello, Uber etc. are neat, managed and up to date.
Assist with the planning and execution of internal company events such as socials, team buildings, training sessions, functions and staff birthdays.
Assist with the processing of gathering, labeling and tracking supplier invoices and uber reconciliation
Assist with logistical tasks such as booking couriers, buying flights, booking accommodation.
Assist with Adhoc needs: Handle printing needs and document organization,Handle purchases such as airtime, gifts, and other miscellaneous items.
Assist with project related research and execution of tasks.
Manage small-scale projects under supervision.
Any other task that could reasonably be expected from someone in this position
Key Skills:
Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
Enthusiasm for operational efficiency and process management.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb organizational skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
A willingness to learn.
The ability to work from home with access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.
