Operations Coordinator

Job Description
- A reputable freight forwarding and international moving company specialising in air, sea and road freight, customs clearance, and international relocations is seeking an experienced Import & Export Operations Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export shipments, including air and sea freight.
- Manage shipping documentation, customs entries and tariffing.
- Use CargoWise One to update shipment files and track cargo.
- Liaise with clients, international agents and transport providers.
- Monitor shipments, resolve delays and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with commercial and hazardous cargo requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate essential.
- Minimum 3 years' freight forwarding or international moving experience.
- At least 2 years' practical CargoWise One experience.
- Experience handling imports, exports, air and sea freight.
- Knowledge of customs entries, tariffing and shipping documentation.
- Experience with CargoWise One, ShipShape, EasyClear or similar systems.
- Commercial cargo experience; hazardous cargo exposure is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-office setup.
