Process and Governance

• Define and implement a strategy, operating model and policies for multiple value chain functions in the context of an analysed risk profile as well as relevant corporate governance. • Establish and optimise a total supply chain solution function.
• Ensure alignment of operational capabilities to total supply chain solution requirements.

Finance

• Define and control the budget for multiple value chain functions. Client/Customer
• Integrate and align multiple value chain functions based on internal & external client requirements as well as market trends and other business intelligence.

People

• Align people's performance goals to support the achievement of a strategy for multiple value chain functions.
• Support and empower people that design and implement change within multiple value chain functions.
• Fill approved positions in compliance with the Recruitment practice.
• Manage talent and succession.

Qualifications required

• Qualifications Type: Relevant Bachelor`s Degrees and/or Advanced Diploma
• NQF Level: NQF Level 07

• 8 - 10 years' experience in a similar environment, of which 3 - 4 years at senior management lev
