Operations Leader/Mine Overseer

Description:
- Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Operations Leader/Mine Overseer to join their mining company based in Limpopo.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize the efficient use and allocation of resources.
- Analyze theoretical principles to identify and implement enhancements.
- Create and oversee a system for managing documents to enable streamlined storage and retrieval.
- Follow the Mine’s Code of Practice and promptly report any irregularities.
- Uphold and comply with established Safety, Health, and Environmental protocols.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency
- Valid Blasting Certificate
- 5 years' experience as a Shiftboss within the mining industry (Shaft/Metalliferous)
- Valid Driver's License
