Key qualifications and experience required for the Operations Manager:

• Bachelor’s degreein relevant subject matter (i.e., finance or investments)
• of 3-years’ experiencein the financial services industry, ideally in a fund administration or investment firm
• Existing knowledge offunds, operations andcompliance
• Strong academic track record and numerical ability
• MS office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Specific interest in investments, solutions and investment asset management

Key duties of the Operations Manager:

• Strategic Planning and Process Management:Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency and support the firm's overall business objectives
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, conducting regular audits and risk assessments
• Reporting and Analysis:Oversee the preparation and distribution of operational reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operational workflows and address any issues promptly
