Operations Manager – Security at Tsebo Solution

• Are you a proven security operations leader with experience managing large, complex sites within warehousing, logistics, distribution centres, or similar high risk environments? We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead security operations, drive service excellence, and build strong client partnerships while ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant environment.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Lead and manage security operations to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Manage and develop security teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee risk management, incident investigations, and security compliance.
• Monitor CCTV, control room, and access control operations.
• Drive operational performance, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
• Manage site performance, reporting, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications    

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• PSIRA Grade A Certification
• Valid driver's licence
• Relevant Security Management qualification advantageous
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a security management role
• Experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution centre, manufacturing, or similar operational environments
• Proven experience managing large teams and client relationships
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, investigations, and security systems
