What You'll Do:

• Develop and secure approval for all capital and operational budgets
• Plan activities and oversee the performance of subordinate staff
• Coordinate departmental training in partnership with HR
• Manage special projects as required, ensuring timely delivery
• Keep policies and procedures current and effective
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Manage financial and human resources efficiently

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate
• Experience in toll plaza or highway operations
• Higher Diploma or related tertiary qualification in Operations Management or similar
• Valid Unendorsed Code 08 Drivers License
• Between 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven leadership abilities
• Strong financial management skills
• Excellent communication and conflict management capabilities
• Business management experience in a transport or related sector
