Operations Specialist at Peach Payments

• As an operations specialist you are part of the team that manages the day to day operations of Peach Payments and also interact with our customers and banking partners on a daily basis. We are looking for people based in Kenya & South Africa.

What you'll be doing:
Since we are a fast growing business and team, the roles and responsibilities for the team members will rapidly evolve and change over the course of the year as the individual develops.

• Support merchants with technical integration of our API's
• Merchant Training on Peach Payments systems
• Partner management - Engage with our banking / payment partner to facilitate key processes
• Manage and facilitate on-boarding of new partners
• New Merchant On-boarding
• Operations support - day to day operations support for merchants

What we'd like you to have:

• Previous experience in Operations
• An existing Work Authorisation / Permit for South Africa if you're not a citizen
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• A go-getter attitude
• Drive and Passion for getting things done
• Curiosity
• Self-starter that takes initiative easily

Advantageous:

• Previous experience with a payment gateway or similar
• A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
