Experience:
- Appropriate experience in a foodservice, tube feed service or milk kitchen.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
- General Education and Training certificate (GETC) /Grade 9 (Std 7).
Duties
- Production and distribution of infant formula. Processing of human milk including pasteurisation. Maintain optimal hygiene standards in the milk kitchen and store area. Basic stock taking and stock control. Perform basic administrative tasks as required within the department.
