Ops Specialist: Commission at BCX

About the job
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the accurate and timely administration of the commission compensation process. Research, develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures for the administration of the sales commission dispensation/ system.
Responsibilities:

•  Support the development and administration of the sales incentive remuneration program by ensuring that plans motivate field personnel and support commercial sales objectives.
•  Develop models and test plans to support the design of the sales incentive remuneration plans and ensure compliance.
•  Prepare sales remuneration related communication/ training materials including policies, procedures, guidelines, and explanatory presentations.
• Develop, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with key stakeholders across all sales teams and support functions and provide ongoing support to the sales teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Finance.
• Or Grade 12 with 5 years relevant experience.

Experience

• 3 Years’ experience in finance, business writing, communications, marketing, sales or any other relevant experience.
