    Organisational Development Business Partner-008-008

    High level job objectives 

    • To implement fit for purpose Organizational Development while building positive, value-added relationships with key stakeholders including leaders and Human Capital.
    • To be the HR Business Partner in processes such as Employee Data Management; Recruitment; Onboarding and Offboarding; Compliance and Record-Keeping; Talent Management Support; Employee Relations Support; Employee Wellbeing Support and Performance Management.
    • To leverage organizational diagnostic tools and develop solutions to support effective organizational development, organization design, change management and decision making.  
    • To facilitate employee engagement initiatives with leadership and promote the desired culture and PPECB values.
    • To facilitate talent management processes that ensure business sustainability and implement end-to-end talent attraction aligned to workforce planning.
    • To drive transformation initiatives that meet legislative and ESG requirements.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    (Essential)

    • Behavioural Science Degree or equivalent qualification.  

    (Desirable)

    • Honours in related field  
    • Change management certification (Prosci, Lean Change Management) 
    • Professional membership in a Human Capital association

    Experience

    (Essential) (Timespan: 8-10 Years)

    • Progressive experience in a position responsible for developing and implementing change management and organisation development programmes

    (Essential) (Timespan: 5 -8 Years)

    • Experience in designing and implementing organisational development and organisational culture transformation initiatives 
    • Experience in implementing organisational design, change management and employee engagement frameworks and tools
    • Experience in implementing talent and performance management 
    • Experience in end-to-end HR operations delivery

    (Desirable) (TimeSpan: 1-2 Years)

    • Exposure to large scale workplace digitalisation projects (e.g., ERP, Modern Workplace, In - house systems

    (Desirable) (TimeSpan: 1-2 Years)

    • Experience in agile methodology environment
