    Outbound Agent - Automotive Industry

    Job Description

    The main purpose of this role is to contact customers after a sales or service interaction and obtain feedback on the experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Outbound calling of clients after sales or service interaction in order to rate service
    • Provide feedback to retailers on ratings received from clients
    • Confirming and updating clients' personal information
    • Escalating client complaints regarding manufacturing to the relevant department
    • Escalating client complaints regarding service to the relevant retailer

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12

    Additional Information

    Working hours:

    • Monday to Friday, 7AM to 6PM 
    • Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, 8AM to 1PM
