    Outbound Call Center Sales agent

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a motivated and target-driven individual to join our outbound call center sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively reach out to potential customers and provide them with information about our products or services in order to generate sales.
    • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Previous sales experience in a call center environment is preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products or services
    • Present product information and pricing to customers in a clear and engaging manner
    • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions in the CRM system
    • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
    • Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve sales strategies and processes

    Qualifications:

    • High school Matric / NQF Level 4
    • Previous experience in a sales or call center environment is preferred
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
    • Ability to work well in a team and independently
    • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
