Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Manage existing accounts and ensure repeat business
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
• Promote products through presentations and customer engagement
• Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
• Work closely with internal teams to support sales growth strategies
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure
• Strong organisational and administrative ability
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory

 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3–5 years sales experience (preferably FMCG or related industry)
• Experience in field sales / external sales / territory sales essential
• Grade 12 (Matric) required
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)
• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (advantageous)
