Minimum Qualification and Experience

Minimum Qualification

• Grade 12/ Matric /NQF 4 
• RE5 Certificate
• FAIS ( As per DOFA date)

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Team Manager in insurance
• Minimum 3 years' experience in  Short- term Insurance Industry

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Sales and processes
• Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
• Excellent administrative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proven Sales Track Record
• Results oriented 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Good attendance record is essential

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution of our daily and monthly targets
• Performance appraisals for sales agents
• Coaching of sales agents
• Ensuring that all sales budgets were met
• Motivation and guidance of all sales staff
• Creating reports and submitting to management
