Are you passionate about the liquor industry and looking for an exciting sales role? CLM Brands is currently seeking a result-driven, energetic, and dedicated Outbound Telesales Consultant in the Gauteng region.
Responsibilities Include:
Recording and promptly acting upon customers’ complaints, queries and requests and feedback accordingly as per Communication SOP and contact grid.
Actively building relationships with customers by identifying new growth opportunities in the relevant liquor category and adding personal touches.
Identify warm opportunities and reactivate dormant accounts.
Gather requirements by asking questions to understand customer problems and position products as solutions.
Identify training needs of the customer and feedback to line manager and customer.
Effectively execute outbound telesales procedures in accordance with the SOP on outbound telesales procedures. Order taking and processing on NAV.
Action specified tasks from cycle brief or operational requirements from Line manager.
The managing of the stock allocation as per Line manager requirements and stock allocation report.
New product introduction, vintage change and upliftment procedure to be carried out as per SOP.
The cycle brief execution feedback as per standard.
Understand your personal sales target by customer and brand and deliver the result.
Understand how personal sales commission / incentive are calculated.
Monitor performance of customer and recommend quantities.
Grow and maintain the customer base in order to achieve the sales target.
Develop a plan to close the sales gap by analysing a weekly and monthly Sales Report and submit this report as per SOP.
Log all calls and capturing interaction with customers as per SOP and RSM/FSM requirements.
Collect customer information as per “Know Your Customer” Brief.
Other operational report / feedback as per RSM/FSM’s requirements.
Effectively plan and execute outbound telesales call plan.
Assisting new customers in opening new accounts as per SOP on new accounts.
Liaise with client regarding late deliveries.
Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12.
Diploma (NQF 6) relating to Sales, Marketing, Hospitality management or Food and Beverage management.
2-3 years’ sales and telesales experience in a related FMCG environment.
Basic computer literacy and experience with Repforce.
Liquor Industry and Spirit knowledge is preferred.
