What’s the Team Environment Like?

• You’ll be stepping into an environment that’s been built for scale: We’ve built a robust data analytics and campaign tracking platform to handle immense scale, automated our media buying using Smartly, have a dedicated conversion rate optimization (CRO) team and a robust internal performance creative team to continually deliver creative that converts. We’ve done the heavy lifting so you can crush it out of the gate as our dedicated coordinator.

What’s the Ideal Candidate’s Background?

• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid media, knowledge of project management systems like Wrike and Jira, and a strong understanding of digital platforms like Google, TikTok, and Facebook. Proficiency in Excel, pivot tables, and data analysis is a must in this role and if you have experience with campaign builds and QA of media builds you’ve got our attention!

What Will You Be Working On?

• Reporting – Partner with the team to develop required reports allowing us to understand the results and trends so we can pinpoint the signal in the noise and scale our successes
• Planning – Assist ideating full funnel strategies tailored to each social platform, including audience research, message sequenced creative strategy, etc.
• Analysis – Dive DEEP into campaign results to extract insights that can help us design better performing campaigns while avoiding tactical mistakes that bring performance down
• Trafficking – Load new campaigns or ads into the various platforms in use for the team so we can speed the time between ideation and live testing of those ideas
• Data Integrity – Monitor conversion pixel / server-to-server event firing to ensure our 1st party CRM data aligns with in-platform data to avoid any signal loss
• Project Management – Provide ownership of the ongoing sets of projects between our internal creative team and our digital team, helping to set priorities and deliver results
• Optimize Workflows – Own establishing effective and efficient workflows to make our ad operations run smoothly as we double ad spend over the next year
• Quality Assurance – Perform QA on all campaigns to ensure all settings are correct, links are working and verify other elements to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Research Best Practices – Pinpoint new media buying best practices by scrutinizing industry blogs and publications, networking with others in paid media and doing independent homework

What You Need to Succeed

• 2+ Years’ Experience – In digital marketing, with a focus on paid media. You know the paid media space and might and have worked with cross-functional teams to deliver results
• Strong Excel Skills – You have experience working with Excel, with the ability to create pivot tables and conduct data analysis interpreting data to identify trends, and optimize performance
• Platform Navigation – You possess strong understanding of key media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, and Google, and can navigate them with ease
• Project Management – You are proficient with tools such as Wrike or Jira, and understand how to use them to manage tasks, coordinate teams, and track
• Reliable Tools – A high quality laptop and internet connection, as well as the ability to work during load shedding hours without interruption
• Exceptional English & Communication Skills – A perceptive listener who quickly synthesize info and can formulate a methodical action plan that can be clearly articulated verbally and in writing
