• A leading chemical manufacturing organization is seeking a driven, results-orientated Paint Sales Representative to join their expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key client relationships, and expanding market presence within the decorative and industrial coatings sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, commercial, and industrial markets.
• Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with existing trade partners, contractors, and stockists.
• Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on specific client application requirements.
• Conduct regular market research, competitor analyses, and industry benchmarking.
• Meet and exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client account updates.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, specifically within the paints, coatings, or chemical manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of decorative, industrial, or protective coatings.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with strong time-management capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
