    Video & Design Lead

    Role

    • We’re looking for a Team Lead for our Video & Design Team - This is a full-time, fully remote position that allows work from anywhere in the world. We're looking for a person to run the two teams behind our performance creative: design and video editing for our Performance Creative team. From building the systems that scale production to keeping strategy and production in sync, you'll shape how creative gets made at inBeat: how fast it ships, and how good it is when it does. You'll report to our Director of Performance Creative.

    What you’ll do

    • Lead the design and video editing teams: set the quality bar, keep work on track, and grow the people on both teams
    • Build and rebuild the systems that scale production: briefs, handoffs, QA, and capacity planning that let us ship more without losing craft
    • Connect strategy to production: make sure what the creative strategy team plans is exactly what gets made, fast and without friction
    • Define and track KPIs for creative output: clear numbers on speed, quality, and revisions that the teams act on
    • Bring AI into the workflow: test, adopt, and systematize AI tools for design, editing, and content generation
    • Keep us ahead on performance creative: what's working in paid social right now, and what we should make next

    What we’re looking for

    • A designer first: exceptional taste & craft
    • An operator who runs a tight team: you keep people accountable, unblock them, and raise the standard of what they deliver
    • A systems thinker: you build processes, spot bottlenecks, and fix them for good
    • Fluency in AI content creation: you know the tools, use them daily, and know where they fit in a real workflow
    • A grounding in performance creative: you understand (and are curious about) what makes an ad work on paid social

    Must haves

    • Perfect written & spoken English
    • A strong design portfolio that shows taste, craft, and systems thinking
    • Experience leading or managing creative teams
    • A track record of building creative processes that stuck
    • Real familiarity with AI content creation tools

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

    • A UX design background
    • Hands-on motion design and video editing experience: the hybrid designer profile is a great fit here
    • Agency experience shipping paid social creative at volume
    • A great understanding of Paid Media

    Sales Development Representative (SDR)

    Role overview

    • We're building our outbound motion from the ground up, and this is a genuine opportunity to help build that foundation from day one. You'll generate qualified pipeline across every outbound channel we're building, not a single lane role. That means procurement led opportunities, webinar and event driven outreach, and general cold outbound into target accounts, all at once.
    • This is a foundational hire into a function that's still being defined, so there's a real opportunity to shape how it works, build the processes behind it, and grow as the function grows.

    What you’ll do

    • Run structured, multi touch outbound cadences across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline
    • Run outbound targeting procurement as a stakeholder persona, getting Fieldtrip in front of companies before they find us through inbound
    • Drive outreach and follow up around webinars and events, inviting prospects, following up with attendees, and converting interest into meetings
    • Build and manage general outbound sequences into target accounts outside of procurement or webinar motions
    • Qualify leads and book meetings for the AE team, handing off with clean context
    • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date on all outbound activity

    What we’re looking for

    • Experience running structured outbound (cold email, cold call, LinkedIn), not just responding to inbound
    • Comfortable holding multiple outbound motions at once without dropping any of them
    • Hands on with sales engagement tools (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
    • Strong written communicator, outbound copy needs to land with senior marketing stakeholders
    • Self directed and comfortable helping build process in a function that's still being defined
    • Any timezone, this role isn't tied to North American hours

    What Makes You Stand Out

    • Experience selling or prospecting into marketing or growth teams, agencies, or martech
    • Comfortable running outbound to procurement or other gatekeeper personas, not just marketing champions
    • Experience supporting webinar or event based pipeline generation
    • You use AI tools to research and personalize outreach at scale

    Why join us?

    • Base salary plus target based variable, tied to SQLs delivered
    • A genuine opportunity to build the foundation of our outbound function and grow with it
    • Direct access to senior leadership
    • Remote, flexible timezone
    • Unlimited Time Off & Sick Days
    • High ownership, high visibility role.
    • Opportunity to build the GTM engine across multiple agencies.
    • Work with exciting brands and performance data across industries.
    • Real room to grow into broader leadership over time.

    Head of Creative Operations

    The role

    • We're looking for a Head of Creative Ops to build and run the operational backbone of inBeat's entire delivery function. From designing airtight systems for our UGC and influencer teams to building the infrastructure that lets our video editors, designers, paid media specialists, and creative strategists do their best work - you'll be the person who makes operations something our team is proud of.
    • You'll inherit a fast-growing agency (200+ people, scaling to 300 - 400+ in 2027) with a mix of systems and tools that have evolved quickly but not always cleanly. Your job is to bring clarity, consistency, and scalable structure - without killing what makes us move fast.
    • You'll report to our COO, work hand-in-hand with our Chief Creative Officer, and build a team of 2–3 Operations Managers alongside you.
    • This is a full-time, fully remote position that allows you to work from anywhere.

    What you'll do

    • Audit, consolidate, and rebuild inBeat's operational systems across 7 delivery functions: UGC, Video Editing, Design, Influencer Marketing, Creative Strategy & Copywriting, Paid Media, and Project Management
    • Build and lead a team of 2–3 Operations Managers embedded across those delivery functions
    • Design and implement scalable workflows, documentation, and tooling that grow with the team.
    • Own and standardize inBeat's operational tech stack (Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, Make/N8N/Zapier, Claude, Fathom, G-Suite), making clear what tools we use, how we use them, and where
    • Work closely with department leads (UGC, PM, Performance Creative, Influencer Marketing, Paid Media, Video Editing, Design) to understand their operational pain points and translate them into systems that solve real problems
    • Build intake, handoff, QA, and escalation processes that keep 100+ team members aligned without requiring constant management overhead
    • Create documentation and training resources that make new hires faster to onboard and easier to get up to speed
    • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks across the delivery org before they become fires

    What we're looking for

    • Proven experience leading Creative Ops or Agency Operations at a sizeable agency (100+ people minimum)
    • Deep understanding of how creative delivery functions work - UGC, video, design, paid media, influencer - not just one or two of them
    • Track record of building systems and processes that teams actually use and love.
    • High fluency across project management and ops tooling - Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, Make/Zapier/N8N or equivalents
    • Systems thinker who can see the full operational picture and translate it into clear, well-documented processes
    • Strong communicator who can build trust and buy-in with department leads across different creative disciplines
    • Comfortable operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments - you can build structure without needing everything figured out first

While not required, it's an added plus if you also have

    • Experience with backend finance ops, HR ops, or IT ops at an agency
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted operations tooling
    • Experience scaling an agency through the 100 to 200+ headcount range
    • Background in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or paid media operations

    Senior IT Manager

    The role

    • This is the first dedicated IT leadership role across the portfolio. You are not inheriting a function. You are building one.
    • You will own IT end-to-end for ~200 people across 5+ agencies: the tools, the identity layer, the vendor stack, the BYOD posture, and the baseline cybersecurity and compliance that unblocks enterprise client deals. Daily support volume is low, around two access requests a day. This is not a helpdesk job. It is a builder's job with a clear growth track toward leadership.
    • You will partner with the COO, the founders, and the operations team to design an IT function that scales with future acquisitions and gets Fieldtrip ready for SOC 2 Type II and GDPR-grade governance without bloating the team or the budget.

    What you'll do

    • Own the IT function end-to-end. Systems, identity, access, onboarding, offboarding, tooling, and vendor relationships across every portfolio company.
    • Design for BYOD and distributed teams. Build a security posture that works for personal devices, contractor workflows, and cross-border data realities.
    • Rationalise the stack. Kill shadow IT, consolidate overlapping SaaS tools, and deliver visible monthly savings on platforms like Figma, Notion, Airtable, Adobe Suite and their cousins.
    • Stand up baseline security. MFA, SSO, endpoint protection, incident response, and a living risk register aligned to NIST CSF or ISO 27001.
    • Get us client-ready. Microsoft 365 setup that just works, enterprise security questionnaires answered without scrambling, and a trajectory toward SOC 2 Type II and GDPR-grade data handling.
    • Lead, write, document. Turn tribal knowledge into runbooks. Explain IT risk and tradeoffs in plain English. Build the function so it doesn't depend on you.

    What we're looking for
    Must-haves

    • 5+ years of hands-on IT ownership at a remote-first Startup or Scale-up, ideally a marketing or creative agency, or a tech startup.
    • Experience building an IT function from scratch, or meaningfully restructuring one.
    • Deep, practical BYOD experience securing a distributed, contractor-heavy workforce.
    • Strong identity and access management foundation (Azure AD + Google Workspace).
    • A builder mindset. You ship systems that run without you.
    • Applied experience with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 type II + working knowledge of GDPR / CCPA.
    • Excellent written communication. Documentation is a first-class deliverable here.

    Nice-to-haves

    • Familiarity with POPIA (South Africa) and or PIPEDA (Canada).
    • CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certification (not required).
    • Experience handling enterprise security questionnaires and client procurement alignment.
    • Prior portfolio / multi-entity IT experience.
    • Awareness of CASL as it relates to influencer and campaign outreach.

    Not a great fit if

    • Your experience is tied to a helpdesk ticket queue.
    • You come from a 10,000+ person corporate IT department and haven't worked in a high-paced startup environment
    • You want to advise and move on. This is an ownership role for someone looking for a long-term career growth track.

    Influencer Marketing Manager

    Role

    • We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own the execution and performance of influencer marketing campaigns across client accounts.
    • Depending on account complexity, you’ll either run smaller accounts independently end-to-end or partner with a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager on larger, more complex programs. This is a hands-on role combining strategy, creator selection, content approvals, and performance optimization.

    What you’ll do

    Strategy & Creative Execution

    • Develop influencer and content strategies for assigned accounts, translating client objectives into creator profiles, formats, and execution plans.

    Campaign Ownership

    • Own the full influencer campaign lifecycle from brief to launch, optimization, and results analysis.

    Creator Discovery & Selection

    • Lead creator discovery and outreach using strategic criteria (fit, reach, engagement, conversion potential, pricing), and build structured creator pipelines.

    Content Quality Control

    • Approve influencer content for quality, compliance, and brand alignment before launch, and course-correct when needed.

    Performance Optimization

    • Monitor performance across awareness, traffic, and sign-up goals, adjusting creator mix and formats based on results.

    Negotiation & Budget Management

    • Lead negotiations on deliverables, rates, and standard usage rights within approved budgets.

    Airtable & Ops Execution

    • Maintain clean, accurate Airtable records and use them as the source of truth for pitching and execution.

    What we’re looking for

    • 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing (agency experience preferred)
    • Strong understanding of influencer performance metrics and creator economics
    • Ability to run campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision
    • Confidence working directly with US-based clients
    • Strong written and verbal English skills
    • Comfortable working in structured tools (Airtable, Notion, ClickUp or similar)

    Who You Are

    • You’re someone who can take ownership of execution and make smart decisions about creators, content, and performance. You’re comfortable running campaigns independently, but also collaborating closely with senior teammates on more complex programs. You spot problems early, think in systems, and care about doing things cleanly.

    Why join us?

    • Fast-growing agency with tier-one clients
    • Culture built on autonomy, transparency, and high performance
    • Unlimited Time Off & Sick Days
    • Flexible working hours
    • Fully remote (with the possibility to work from anywhere)
    • High opportunity for growth!

    • Conduct performance-driven research, and continuously optimize messaging and briefing based on data from the ad platforms & competitor monitoring
    • Develop high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight and platform behavior.
    • Write (and guide) strong copy and frameworks that influence perception and drive performance.
    • Collaborate across design, editing, and media buying to ensure end-to-end creative alignment.
