Paralegal / Junior Admitted Attorney 

• We're seeking a Paralegal / Junior Admitted Attorney within the Fourways area (Johannesburg.)

Education: LLB or other + Admitted Attorney or Chartered Secretary.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct Legal Case Management,
• Managing complaints with regulators,
• Matters on court rolls,
• Managing attorneys and advocates,
• Providing legal reading and elementary advisory,
• Researching case law and reports in digital and other libraries,
• Drafting of papers and letters, enrollment and legal process management in line with court rules, sheriffs, etc, representations where allowed.
• Advisory work on mergers and acquisitions and participation in capital raising projects
• There will be some criminal law relief pursued for competitors and former employees who engaged in criminal activities which is not a focus, the incumbent will only liase with the police and authorities.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Education: LLB or other +
• Admitted Attorney or Chartered Secretary.
• Related Legal industry experience would be advantageous;

• Salary: To be Determined
• Contract: 12-month (renewable) Contract.
