We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Supervisor for our Ford dealership. The Parts Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the ordering, receiving, storing, and distribution of parts and accessories for Ford vehicles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong knowledge of Ford products and parts.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the ordering and receiving of parts and accessories for Ford vehicles
Maintain accurate inventory levels and track stock levels
Supervise a team of parts staff and provide training and guidance
Ensure parts are stored and distributed in a safe and efficient manner
Coordinate with service and sales departments to fulfill parts orders in a timely manner
Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms
Create and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the parts department
Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding parts and accessories
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a parts management or supervisory role, preferably in a Ford dealership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of Ford vehicles and parts
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
Certification in automotive parts management or equivalent is preferred
