JOB DESCRIPTION:
- As a BI Specialist, with a focus on financial processes and reporting requirements combined with a passion for data solutions, the individual will be required to analyse business requirements, advice on and develop optimised BI solutions and visualise results utilising technologies from the MS BI stack.
- The individual need to be able to identify opportunities for improvement of business support processes driven by data and data flows. This role requires the individual to be able to guide business and technical users through the full solution development life cycle.

DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Query, Analyse and build management financial report
- Covering the entire development life cycle of BI projects, including defining the issue statement, business and technical analysis, solution design, development, testing (internal and with business), solution implementation, end to end documentation and solution & user support
- Utilising the MS BI stack products to produce the most effective as well as situation and business appropriate solution - included SSRS, SSAS, MS PowerBI, Microsoft SQL query, MS Excel, pivot tables and other tools
- Maintain an awareness and understanding of technological advances; provide continuous research and assessment of new resources and technology available
- Provide technical assistance to other BI team members (Information sharing)
- Train end users and technical support staff as required
- Perform code reviews, analyse execution plans, and re-factor inefficient code
- Collaborate with IT operations and testing resources to ensure timely releases of projects and make sure database environments are sustainable
- Collaborate with IT operations to perform root cause analysis

Purpose:
- The Complaints Officer contributes to the organisational goals by managing and resolving customer complaints in accordance with applicable financial services regulations, internal policies and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.

Position Overview
- Responsible to assess/ diagnose and repair vehicle faults, and conduct services and maintenance to vehicles according to prescribed OEM standards.

- Motus Toyota Divisional HO currently holds a vacancy for a Controller: Vehicle Stock.
The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring that vehicle stock is controlled & procured so as maximize stock turnover.

- Carry out allocated maintenance, repair and diagnostic work as instructed. Working in a standing position with a vehicle overhead on a hoist or working in a bent position with a vehicle in a repair bay.
- Performing tasks such as replacing oil or lubricating equipment; inspecting, replacing and/or repairing damaged and malfunctioning parts. Repairs can include removal and refitment of a gearbox or engine, or removal and refitment of wheels when brakes need to be replaced.
- Use diagnostic equipment correctly for vehicle diagnosis and repair.
- Perform all duties in line with OEM and warranty requirements.
- Ensure diagnosis leads to most cost-effective and accurate remedy to fault or customer complaint.
- Take steps to ensure service and maintenance of vehicles remains within the targeted percentages of the manufacturers' time.
- Ensure vehicles are returned to the customer after service/ repair in a neat, clean and safe condition.
- Produce legible and accurate paperwork, job cards etc reflecting the work performed.
- Provide advice and support to other mechanics on technical matters.

Skills, Expertise & Other Requirements:
- Qualified as a BMW Automotive Master Technician is a minimum requirement.
- 3+ years’ experience as a qualified technician – highly desired.
- Valid, unendorsed driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Capable of performing the physical requirements/ demands and stamina associated with the role such as frequently handling heavy equipment & machinery; using their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls; standing for long periods of time; bending or twisting the body; repetition of movements; kneeling, stooping, crouching, working in confined spaces to inspect, test and repair vehicle components.
- Competent at operating manufacturer diagnostic equipment in order to access information required to perform the role and complete duties associated with the role.
