Role Description

• This is a unique position at We Buy Cars and serves as a key pillar of our operations. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong computer proficiency, and a professional, energetic, and trustworthy personality. We seek candidates who are honest, loyal, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vehicle payments as requested by relevant departments (±60–100 payments per day)
• Verify client banking details using Hyphen
• Cross-check contract details with NaTis via BLMS and supporting documents
• Generate OTPs upon request
• Conduct compliance checks as required

Role Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Preferably residing in the Gauteng area
• Ideally between the ages of 35–50
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Patient, adaptable, and able to multitask efficiently
• Open to working over the weekend
