Key Experience Required and Core Duties:

• Accounting Expertise: Utilizing your BCom Accounting or CA(SA) qualification to ensure sound financial practices and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Payroll Process: Demonstrating a full understanding of payroll and payroll accounting process flows, optimizing processes, and ensuring accuracy in payroll transactions.
• Process and Control Focus: Maintaining a keen eye for detail, process optimization, and control implementation to minimize errors and risks.
• SAP GL Proficiency: Leveraging your expert knowledge of SAP GL to manage financial data, perform reconciliations, and generate accurate financial reports.
• Fringe Benefit Tax: Staying updated with regulations and knowledge on fringe benefit tax, ensuring compliance in payroll accounting.
• SAP Concur: Utilizing your knowledge of SAP Concur for expense management and reporting.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (BCom Accounting) or CA(SA) certification.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP GL is a must, with proficiency in its applications.
• Familiarity with SAP Concur and payroll accounting best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
