One of the top insurance companies in South Africa is looking for a Payroll Administrator for a 6-month contract

Purpose of Job

This job encompasses the elimination of business risk through effective assurance of the correctness of data maintenance captured by the EDM teams. The Payroll Assurance Officer identifies continuous improvement and customer value add opportunities with problem-solving initiatives informed by data analytics and efficient audit and compliance structures

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12
• 2 - 3 years' experience of working in an HR or Payroll field

Requirements

• Payroll or HR qualification (Recognition of Prior Learning will be acknowledged) advantageous
• Sound knowledge of all Pay and Data processes
• Proficient in SAP systems (SAP 409, SAP Fusion and SAP CRM) essential
• Knowledge of Transactional Content Processing System (TCP) advantageous
• Knowledge of full Payroll function

Salary

R25 000 per month
