    As the world’s leading brewer, we at  AB InBev family are always on the lookout for bold decision-makers, who are ready for responsibility and thirsty for innovation, to join our teams in Africa. We currently looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator who is fluent in Portuguese.

    So, what does a Payroll Administrator do?

    • Ensure each country’s payroll information is processed through the correct channels and input is treated with high confidentiality
    • Service employees and help them with queries and ensuring that it is resolved
    • Maintain a high level of accuracy ensuring that all input is processed correctly in line with company policy and compliance with legislation within the governance framework
    • Ensure that all employees are paid on time and accurately

    The ideal candidate is someone who holds a university degree in Accounting, Finance or Human Resources with 1 to 3 years payroll experience.  It is essential that the individual is fluent in Portuguese.

    Miminum requirements include (but not limited to):

    • University degree in Accounting and Finance, Human Resources or a related degree with 1 –3 years payroll experience.
    • Fluent in Portuguese (Essential)
    • Proficiency in Payroll Systems
    • Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures
    • Demonstrating an understanding of payroll and related legislation an advantage
    • MS office skills
    • Analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
